Operations ownerManufacturing · Bradley County
I was paying a payroll service and a bookkeeper and a tax preparer who all blamed each other when something went wrong. Rebekah is one phone call. That's it.
FounderProfessional services · Chattanooga
The S-Corp election conversation alone paid for the year of advisory. She walked through the numbers, showed me the break-even, and made the recommendation in plain English.

FAQ
Common questions about working together
Bookkeeping
What software do you use?
Primarily QuickBooks Online. We can also work in QuickBooks Desktop, Xero, or Sage if that's already what you have. We're not interested in moving you off something that's working — only off something that isn't.
Can you clean up books that are years behind?
Yes. Catch-up engagements are common — we'll quote a fixed scope to bring you current, then transition to monthly maintenance once you're caught up.
Do you handle payroll?
We handle payroll-entry recording and reconciliation, and coordinate with payroll processors like Gusto, ADP, or Paychex. We don't run payroll directly, but we make sure it's posted and reconciled correctly.
Tax
Can you fix a return I already filed?
Yes — amended returns (1040X, 1120X, etc.) are common. We'll review the original return, identify what changed, and file the amendment with both IRS and TN Department of Revenue if needed.
How do estimated quarterly taxes work?
If your business is profitable enough that you owe more than $1,000 at year-end, the IRS expects quarterly estimates. We calculate them, send reminders, and adjust quarterly based on actual performance — not a January guess that's stale by July.
Should my LLC file as an S-Corp?
Sometimes. The S-Corp election can save self-employment tax, but only above a certain profit level and only if you can pay yourself reasonable W-2 compensation. We run the numbers before we recommend it.
Advisory
What's actually in a monthly advisory engagement?
A monthly close (financials finalized), a one-hour review meeting (what the numbers mean and what's coming), and ad-hoc support between meetings. Some clients also get Power BI dashboards refreshed weekly with live KPIs.
How is this different from a fractional CFO service?
Same idea, smaller scale. KRB engagements work for businesses that need senior financial guidance but don't have the volume to justify a full or fractional CFO. You get the same quality of analysis on a tighter cadence.
